Daniel H. Cargnelutti has practiced as an associate in a variety of major California law firms throughout his legal career. His most recent association was as a partner with the Cochran Firm Los Angeles until 2009. He has thereafter specialized in private practice serving the public in a variety of practical legal areas.

EDUCATION
Daniel H. Cargnelutti graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1985.  Thereafter, he attended and graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 1989. He has been actively admitted to practice within the State of California since 1991.

CURRENT PRACTICE
Daniel H. Cargnelutti has used his experience of over 30 years to build a current law practice that serves the public with a myriad of common legal issues.  His current practice is dedicated to provide competent and effective legal services in family law.

Daniel H. Cargnelutti was born in Cordoba, Argentina.  He is extremely fluent in Spanish. He has served the latino community with his ability to effectively communicate in Spanish throughout his career.
